• All 12 player fields must be completed
• Each player must have a designated position
• Player names should match official documents/IDs
• Roster changes after registration may incur additional fees

Required Agreements

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that all team members will sign individual liability waivers before tournament participation. * Tournament Rules: I agree to abide by all tournament rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. * Payment Agreement: I understand the registration fees and payment terms, including the $250 late registration fee for applications after February 15, 2026. I acknowledge that all registration fees are nonrefundable. * Photo/Media Consent: I consent to photographs and videos being taken during the tournament for promotional purposes.
